Wellness Exams
Wellness exams are recommended yearly and are tailored to the age of the pet. They include an exam by the
doctor and wellness tests that are beneficial in the early diagnosis of many diseases.
Surgery
Our surgical suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures including
soft tissue and orthopedics, as well as spay and neuter surgeries.
Anesthesia
We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older
or high-risk patients. The patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures by a surgical assistant who is with them from induction (falling asleep) to recovery (waking up).
Pharmacy
We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, shampoos, flea and tick control products and
heart-worm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. We also carry a full line of prescription diets for animals with unique nutritional requirements.
Dental Care
Our dental services include teeth cleaning and polishing, dental x-rays, tooth extractions and oral surgery.
Microchipping
Microchipping is permanent identification that can be very important if your pet gets lost. It is as easy to do as a simple injection. Our microchips are read by all universal scanners and come with lifetime registration.
Laboratory
Our in-house laboratory facilities provide for blood evaluation, urinalysis, cytology and parasite testing. We also utilize referral laboratories for specialized diagnostics.
Radiology
Our on-site digital X-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the quick diagnosis of many disorders. These images can be sent to a specialist with the click of a button. We can also perform contrast studies as they are needed.
Behavior
We can provide advice regarding the correction of problems such as excessive barking, chewing, spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling and aggression.
Parasite Control
We develop programs for the specific needs of your pet and your own particular environmental situation. We will review with you the best ways to control fleas, ticks, intestinal parasites in your house, in your yard and on your pet.
